PAT testing or Portable Appliance Testing cover various pieces of equipment from battery operated items to mains appliances, including portable, transportable, hand held, stationary and IT equipment such as PCs, laptops and routers.

PAT testing forms an integral part of any health and safely programme which ensures companies comply with insurance requirements and Electricity at Work (EAW) Regulations 1989.
